Who we are

About the Crew Working Barrington Roofs

Small enough that the person who inspected your roof is on it when the work happens, and local enough that every job stays visible from the road afterwards.

How we got here

Why the inspection is free and the estimate is itemised

Because of how often we were called in behind somebody else. A homeowner with a number on a single line and no idea what it bought, or a repair sold on a roof that needed replacing, or a replacement sold on a roof that had eight good years left in it. In every case the problem started the same way: nobody went up and looked before the price came out. So we inverted it. The inspection comes first and costs nothing, the findings are photographed, and the estimate lands in writing with every element of the job on a line of its own. If that means we talk somebody out of work this year, that is a reasonable trade for being the people they call in three. The crew is small on purpose. One roof runs at a time, the people who priced it are the people on it, and the street sees the result for the next twenty years. That is a stronger reason to do it properly than anything we could print here.

What we hold to

Four things that do not bend

  • 01

Nobody prices a roof from the ground

Every figure follows a climb. There is no version of this where we guess from the driveway and call it an estimate.

  • 02

The smaller job gets offered first

Where a repair genuinely answers it, that is what we price. We will show you the replacement figure too so the gap is visible.

  • 03

The crew does not change mid-job

No handing the work to a subcontractor after the paperwork is signed. The same faces start it and finish it.

  • 04

    The site is left clean

Magnet across the lawn and the drive twice, debris gone the same day. You should not be finding nails in June.

The easiest way to judge us is to use the free bit

Have us inspect the roof and read what comes back. There is nothing to sign and nothing to pay for that.
