Using this site
The pages here describe roofing services offered in Barrington, New Jersey and the boroughs around it. They are provided for information. Using the site means accepting the terms on this page.
The text, photographs and layout belong to us, or are used here with permission. Taking them for use elsewhere is not permitted.
What is written here is not a quotation
Nothing on this site is an offer of work at a price. Figures become real only in a written estimate produced after somebody has been out and looked at the roof, and that estimate sets out what is included.
Descriptions of services are general. What a particular roof needs is decided on the roof.
Estimates and changes
Estimates are itemised and are valid for the period stated on them. Where the covering comes off and the decking beneath it is worse than it looked from above, the additional work and its cost are agreed with you before it is done. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer's own terms, registration and conditions.
Scheduling and weather
Roofing is weather dependent. We will not open a roof we cannot make watertight the same day, which means dates occasionally move. We tell you as early as we can, and a date moved for weather is not a breach of anything.
